Does anyone have any idea when the tickets or emails are answered, when there is a problem with a purchase?
A couple of days ago I bought a CO2 module, despite having been debited the amount, I could not lower the game. I sent a couple of emails, I made a post on Facebook, I sent a message on Facebook, I generated a ticket to claim ... and nothing.
It had never happened to me and it starts worrying me
