4k gameplay issue - moving order boxes

At 4k resolution unless you pinpoint the exact pixel at the centre of an order icon you can't click and drag it to change the location. It's practically impossible.

Is there any way to deal with this?

I can't think off the top of my head as to why that should be an issue for a 4K res display. Could you please take a screen dump for me, showing the mouse cursor near the order icon. I don't have a 4K monitor here and this may help me see the relative sizing between the cursor and the icon.
