Which map do you use for Scenarios 1, 2 and 3?

Unless I am missing something, only Scenario 4 tells you which map to use.....

The dry creek bed one, as is referenced in the TEC. The other map is only for scenario four but scenarios 1-3 are all run on the same creek bed map.

What do you mean, "as referenced in the TEC"? Maybe I am not looking in the right place but I don't see anything on the TEC (or anywhere else for that matter) that gives a clue as to which map is used in scenario 1-3.
