    Yes, antitank weapons can be fired at units inside a building; that is what the HE equivalent is used for. Note that if said HE is *, then it cannot affect units other than vehicles. Buildings can never be collapsed by weapons, unless allowed by special scenario rules.

    There are some campaign or campaign systems in the tabletop version of Hell Frozen Over, Heroes of the Motherland and We Stand Alone.
