The Germans must control 2 of the Objective Markers to win. The scenario is 6 turns long. Before the Initiative roll on turn 4 the Russians remove one objective marker. Does that mean that if the Germans do not control the removed marker the game is over because the Germans do not control two...

The VC unit can still use their Inherent Fire Power until, as suggested, they can move to use the RPG. Not as effective as the combined IFP/RPG attack.

Looking at the second bullet under the Special Scenario Rules, second to the last sentence. I'm not sure, but if the pilot can use double-time movement with a Leader, it could move 5 hexes.
You are correct in that usually a casualty result is a reduced and Shaken status, however the Somali's do not have a shaken side. The Shaken counters that are in the counter sheets are for Vehicles with out a Shaken side.

The DFT for Somali units doesn't have a Shaken Result, the chart goes straight to a Casualty result.

If the Germans get the Initiative next turn and the PZIII doesn't move, the to hit is now a +3. No Assault Movement penalty and -1 for Target Acquisition.
Visualize that the Bunker and the surrounding hex is similar to a two story building with the Bunker and surround hex as ground hex and upper level hex. It appears to be the same hex, however it is not.
Unmodified attacks at less than 1:3 are treated as 1:3, but cannot be conducted against MULTIPLE units. The unit could target either squad, but not both squads.
