At least from my point of view not all orders have shipped. Maybe mine will get on the Redball express Monday.

I'm thinking the Redball express made a few wrong turns as it's making it's way across around North America ... :-)

My order has been showing the "Completed" status since 8/22 the day after I finalized my order so I'm not sure that is what it means but it could be. Any way I really hope it hasn't been waiting on UPS (my selected shipper) since that date. Any way I opened a support ticket last Thursday 9/7...

Maybe this is also what is going on with my order (even with going from shipped and then back to complete) ... still pretty strange. Keep the information flowing.

I think we are getting closer, yesterday evening my online order status changed from "completed" to "shipped", but no email nor tracking number online. Then my status changed back to "completed." So I guess there is movement and my order of one of each of the pre-order items should be on the...

Captain Darling when did you finalize your order? I finalized/confirmed my pre-order on August 21, 2017 at 1653 EDT; to date all I have received is an Order Confirmation message listing all my combined pre-orders showing my total payment amount and my online account shows the order complete...

Any pictures available of the packing and shipping process? It would really help with the wait :-)

Getting there as of 11:30 EDT I have received 13 of 21 expected pre-order notifications. Getting closer to when I can pull the trigger and confirm my order(s).

So far I have received four of my twenty-one pre-order notifications. In a holding pattern so that I can combine orders to save postage. Getting excited to get my hands on the games.
