    Bombard time?

    There used to be a reload time parameter in estab editor that allowed to make nebelwerfers with high rate of fire and long reload times. It seems to be gone and in its place seems to be a bombard time parameter. What does it do? Is it possible to set reload time somehow?

    It seems that projectile weight isn't taken into account, at least for bombardment damage calculation. The bombardment value stays the same and depends only on blast radius.     I see that explicit communication types weren't implemented after all, so I guess delays are still based on staff quality? What staff quality levels could reflect limitations of different "tech levels" of command and control equipment?

    Which values should I use? For example I have a weapon data that says that firing at a soldier silhouette gives 74% hits at 200-300m and 40% hits at 300-500m.     Recommended levels of staff efficiency for various force types?

    I mean in sense of technology level. From what I see, it can be used to emulate amount of radios. Any ideas what kind of staff quality there should be, ranging from WWI forces, through Soviets, French and up to Germans and Americans?

    How far does it's influence go? For example would increasing shell weight to 50000 give similar results to explosion of 10 tons of TnT?
