    Looks like i have these files already, I recall now that Dave sent these to me to review several years ago. Do I have your permission to make modifications to these on behalf of Panther Games, or do you want to revisit them first?

    Sorry for the thread resurrection but some of these scenarios would fit nicely into Bradley at Bay. Does anyone know if CapHillRat is still around? I'm guessing they need more testing and development but it would be a shame to pass these up.

    Bio's are added to the individual scenarios, and commanders of the same unit will change, sometimes in a matter of days or weeks at the lower echelons. Once we have something that resembles a release version of this new patch and I'm still lucid I would be happy to work on getting some help...

    Seems like programming this sort of graphic stuff can wait for the period that we are beta-testing the new engine. Great to hear we are making progress! Speaking of graphics, the BaB scenarios need "the plodder" touch for the situation maps. I've seen him post fairly recently so I know he's out...

    No, gun depression is not modelled. If you have LOS you are good to go.

    Missing Panels

    Not sure this is the case but oftentimes at startup after an install the panels are populated one on top of the other so it looks like they are missing, but just need to me moved to another part of the screen.

    Positioning of reserves for complex attacks

    Maybe somewhere just in front of (or behind) the HQ that receives the order, or at the center of gravity of the immediate subordinate locations.

    And, it's not like the "battle" ends when the scenario time limit is reached. I say keep up the attack or let the player, not the system, cancel it.

    That "lack of time" notice has been around for a while, and it is quite a vexing annoyance, especially when no reason or warning is given and it appears there is plenty of game time left. I guess a good player will manually set the completion time.... but why? Maybe just a periodic message...

    In between RL and game development the overall status is not too different from Dave's last update. Progress is being made and we should be picking up the pace a bit more in the near future.

    When is a tutorial not a tutorial.

    The developer spent a lot of time and energy creating the videos instead. But yes a written tutorial would be good. We are a very small group here at Panther games and we hope you give it a chance.

    LoS tool to include range

    Turning on the 1Km grid while I use the LOS tool helps me enough that I don't think this feature would be anything more than fluff. But that's just me. I'm pretty sure it has dropped down the priority list as we try to get the combat models reworked.

    An actual tutorial

    I agree. The videos are pretty good, but for me having something to read as I go along is better. The old Conquest of the Aegean manual had a great tutorial that helped immensely but as the engine progressed it became more and more out of sync with the gameplay.
