One other thing Ive noticed Dave, if I open the BFTB(default) or COTA estabs in the Estab editor I can open a service, say Luftwaffe, with no issues. If I try to open a service using a copied estab I get what looks like a .net error:
Dave, heres the compiler output when I try to copy/create a testbftb estab. You would know far better than me but Im starting to wonder if the issue isnt in the XML files. The import completed but did not create a testbftb.coe file.

OK I emptied my testcota_images folder and copied everything from COTAEstab_images folder over to the testcota_images folder.
I made no changes to the XML but still hangs at "importing sides".

Im not seeing any change, its hanging at "importing sides". Dave is the procedure I described to copy and create a new Estab correct? I want to make sure Im not doing something wrong to cause the issue.
