I was testing out probe attacks with single battalions in various scenarios and ran into a problem. On page 92 of the 1.1 manual it states that a unit will

The mortar platoon section for this motorcycle battalion stays out of effective range after a probe attack was carried out on the two crossings. From that position they are way too far away to support my units, I understand I can move them independently but is this on purpose?

I understand that the supply toggle at the bottom of the screen tells you if units are in supply and how much they are getting with a color. Is there a way to tell where the supplies are being stock piled, or a way to tell if you have cut off the enemy's supply route?
