OK, thanks, It seems odd since the product description says X-maps are required to play. I wonder why they didn't provide one for 54.

I am starting a Normandy campaign, and wanted to confirm that the map for Brecourt Manor (54) is a standard one. I could not find an X-Map 54. I do have the Heroes of Normandy X-Map pack.

I was thinking this morning how cool it would be to recreate some of the battles between the Japanese and Soviets in 1939. It would give use some good use of Japanese armor, plus the chance to explore some early Soviet tanks. I may look around to see if cam maybe translate some other scenarios...

Modern or WWII?

Maybe if you pre-ordered the compendia you got the X-Maps for free, but you don't automatically get them if you buy via retail. I got free X Maps with my HoNA pre-order, so it may have been the same with these.

Actually, I think Gimpy was mistaken. What he was calling an X-Map is actually just a special, large map (54). If you look at the WWII compandium ordering page, it asks you which map size you want, standard or X-maps.

I don't see an option to get X-Maps when you order the two Modern Era LnLT compendia. There is such an option for the two WWII Era ones. Are there X-Maps for the Modern Era compendia?

I am setting up the Terminal scenario in HoNA, and it calls for 2 x BAR for the US forces. I cannot find any BAR counters. I'm hoping I didn't lose them while sorting everything into Plano boxes. Were they on the counter sheet? PS - not all is lost, I am using two from Heroes of the Pacific.
