Get Your Face On A LnLT Counter

    Is this 'offer' still open?

    WWII Romanian Counter Colors

Thanks for the feedback everyone . . . OK, enough of the color tweaking and mucking about. I think they're ready enough for me to start making some homemade counters and building/playtesting scenarios. I can keep fine-tuning them later as needed.

    WWII Romanian Counter Colors

Thanks Tom. Having the RBG # definitely helps and you are right, it's much closer to the Americans. I'll see if I can tweak it to happy medium so it's not so close.

    WWII Romanian Counter Colors

A little tweaking and here is the latest draft of the cavalry counter (it's a little less bright on paper :-) ), minus the soldier portraits.

    WWII Romanian Counter Colors

Just curious, anyone know if is there a national color coding reference anywhere?

    WWII Romanian Counter Colors

Good points. I just wanted to get something started so I have counters for playtesting before I get distracted by something else. I'm thinking maybe go with a solid green counter for some Axis/Allied minors and then individual fill colors based on nationality for those that fought on both sides...

    WWII Romanian Counter Colors

Wondering if that would cause confusion with the Russian counters though? Before I saw your post I worked up this template with the German gray border, as they are allies, to see how the colors worked together. Might be kind of 'bright' me thinks.

    WWII Romanian Counter Colors

I was thinking going with a green shade for the base color but now I see the Americans are dark green and Italians are light green so I am rethinking things. Will have to do some experimenting and post again.

    WWII Romanian Counter Colors

Yes, I am aware that there are no Romanians available in the LnLT mix yet, this is for a personal project. My inquiry is, or has, any specific color swatch been designated or considered for that nationalities forces yet? If not, I'll just go with what I have already started using and go from there.

    LnLT Digital Board Game Screenshots

As long as there is an Editor so designers can build their own extra content and distribute to others, I don't think having separate modules would be that big of an issue. At least not for me.

    TIS for M3 and M60A3

Was looking over the charts and noticed that neither the M3 or M60A3 are listed under the TIS section. I realize that the M2 and M3 are basically the same vehicle so I assume it's just implied that the M2 reference covers both? For the M60A3 was a none TTS version but I believe they were...

    Soviet Use of 4-Tank Platoons

I believe the MRR had a 40-tank battalion in 3x 13-tank companies (3x 4-tank platoons plus the HQ tank) but I am not finding on when that went into effect. Then I am seeing in the late 1980s, forces in Eastern Europe (not sure outside that area) began to standardize tank battalions at 31 tanks...

    Counter inventory

No worries. Was just curious. My main interest was to get a general vehicle and ordinance listing so when I get around to designing I have an idea of the units I can build scenarios from. ;-)

    StuG III B

Hmmm, I went through the various VASSAL Modules and am not seeing any so I am guessing the answer to my question is no.

Is this vehicle in any of the current LnLT Modules?

    Counter inventory

Hi Stéphane, Just following up to see how this is coming along.

New LnLT Map Pack Design On Its Way

I would agree here. The smaller numbers might be easier to read on cardboard/paper than they are here on screen but that is a concern for me.

Are the modules uploaded to the VASSAL website the current 2.2 mods?
