Hi David,
thank you for your kind words which I really appreciate...
My rather harsh words came from the general faint I felt when during the process of ordering and not receiving these articles - I had hoped to find an arrangement that would give me the option to receive Heroes of North...
Glad that it turned out ok for you - can't confirm from my end. No single word of deplore after a delivery was returned to LnL due to missing CE labels on a line laser...Refunded the bill minus shipping.
So it took me about 4 months to recognize that buying directly from LnL does not pay off...
Thanks for your reply, Kevin...
Getting into / starting a melee is something that's quite clear - I was thinking about "8.1 Post Melee" situations.
Units locked in melee have the option to use an impulse to either melee or withdraw. As I do not see any withdraw options mentioned on AEO order...
I opened a support ticked on wednesday...Now its sunday and I did not receive more than the automated confirmation that my support request was received.
What is the common reaction time to support requests?
Cheers
Markus
I would consider the 5.0 rules to be slightly better laid out then the 4.x. In fact I think the 5.0 rulebook is the most accessible wargame rulebook (together with CC:E).
The gameplay narrative is a nice read and the bootcamp vids are a nice additonal ressource of input...
Good gaming!

Yep, I also play ASLSK now and then and I consider it slightly more logical to place a SW on top of the carrying unit (in order to see at one glance whether a SW is possessed by a unit or lying on the ground)...
Hi Scott,
no need to apologize for riding on rule details ;-)
I think anybody playing wargames tends to do that now and then...
Not 100% sure about your last question.

15.1 Vehicle Facing & Movement
When moving, vehicles enter one of
the two hexes on either side of the
vertex to which the red arrow points.
Vehicles can, however, pivot within
their hex. The cost is one MP per ver-
tex.

A vehicle’s turret faces the vertex to

Hi Scott,
A unit(s) expending MPs (either enter-
ing a new hex, pivoting within a hex or
unloading/loading passengers (16.0))
can be subjected to OF attacks equaling
the MP-cost of the movement [...]
This part of '5.3 Opportunity Fire' should answer your question.

Some time ago I posted a question at BGG - Sean Druelinger kindly confirmed my interpretation to be correct and promised to check the matter in detail and come back...
I think the question got lost, but I would still like to see some type of 'official' comment.
