If an HC building with units inside is in range of an enemy tank, can the tank fire ordnance and destroy the building and units therein? If so, how is this handled?

Thanks for the quick reply. That's a little different than a couple of other systems that I'm used to, but really enjoy the LnLT approach, and it makes perfect sense.

Does a leg unit have to begin it's move adjacent to an enemy unit in order to melee, or can it enter the enemy hex from more than one hex away? If the latter is the case, can it be op fired on when more than one hex away or does a declared melee prevent that?
