It's a pretty nice example of design for effect, as it makes it more critical to rally shaken units. You can't just strip them of their SWs and move on (or at least not very easily).

I was hoping you knew how to pull off PBEM LnLT…I think you pass logfiles back and forth with each impulse, with interruptions for OpFire. The ASL crowd does this pretty regularly, I believe.

Imagine if you will: 2 shaken squads in a hex with a shaken leader at the start of the Rally phase. One squad has a machine gun SW. The leader self-rallies, then the squad without the SW rallies, but the other squad, the one with the machine gun SW, fails to rally.
How does the GO squad get...
Apparently, you keep the acquisition. But since the vehicle is under continuous move, you also get a +1 penalty, so it’s net 0:

I've been really enjoying the WWII games in LnLT. Before the sale ends, I wanted to dip into a modern module. What would one recommend, something that's very different from WWII and highlights the modern era rules the best? Heroes Against the Red Star seems to fit the bill, but I'd be interested...

Could anyone help with the following question:
If a vehicle chooses to keep the continuous movement option (and retains an AM or Move marker), can an ATG that fired at it in the previous impulse get to acquire it and therefore receive the bonus in the ATG's next impulse in the next turn...
I've read through the V5.0 rules and am going through the videos now as an alternate way to solidify them. I really like them and wish more companies would take the time to engage in such a project to support their products. I'm new to LnLT and love the system.
