Being a newbie this brings me to another question. Will the game feature a tutorial at launch or should players be already familiar with the rules?

I've seen this mentioned in a couple of reviews. Not having done any scenario yet, I do not know since I haven't read any of the events (as suggested to keep the surprise). But once you've done a scenario, does it matter too much if you know the events and want to replay it?
