1. Can recon units call for artillery missions when out of command? How about when disrupted?

2. Do wreck markers block roads, or do roads negate the wreck move penalty?

3. Are wreck defensive bonuses cumulative with other terrain in the hex? I.e. does a wreck (+1 defense) in a city ( +1 defense) equal 2 defense bonus dice?

1. I would say no and no to those questions.
2. Wreck markers do block roads (I seem to recall ruling that the wreck marker movement penalty applies but that other terrain ones still don't, but I need to go back and check to be sure).
3. Yes.


But I will check to make sure the exact details on number 2.


and in response to a follwoup question there...

I should have been more clear in my wording... the wreck marker imposes the wreck marker movement penalty even in a road hex. Other terrain costs that would have been negated by the roads (say woods), still do not apply.

There can only be one wreck counter per hex, so a wreck cannot block a bridge.
