Bundle Options in Store

I noticed that the Heroes of the Pacific core game had a listing for some bundle options:

It also seemed to be the only entry with a Bundle and Save entry.

1) Will there be Bundle and Save options coming to any other LnLT games/sets?
2) What is the $10 "Game On Demand" entry seen above?
