Are you able to set different loss levels for different delay waypoints? I seem to remember being able to do this in CO1, when you change one, it changes them all.

when i assigned a delay order with waypoints to a regiment any mortar units stay and die in place.

As i remember from CO1 and reading the CO1 manual. To order a delay you either click delay [hold shift] pick starting delay point and then pick last delay point and the CO will handle the rest or picking your own delay points but there must be at least 3. Is this still the process?

I'm getting what looks like to me odd results. Units not under fire going to the last delay point right away, units retreating before displacing with a low loss level set.

45 minutes later heading to last delay point, not under fire, leaving mortar unit behind

about 3 hours 40 min later. Its not that the units moves, it is under some fire. it has some fatigue but no suppression. It retreats via the red arrow[there's a bridge not in shot] goes into retreat recovery at the star and dies in place.

looks odd to me, I've been restarting and playing around with the delay command playing hell on wheels scenario.

I've played a scenario since, so no recording. I can probably duplicate the delay order weirdness though i.e. units go to last delay point right away and leaving their attached arty behind. is issuing a delay order the same process as CO1?
