Is the Panzerfaust a single use support weapon?

I had read that the Panzerfaust was a single use support weapon during the war. So it this a single use support weapon in LnLt series? Rules do not indicate this. Please advise.

The counter represent a cluster of Panzerfaust so it is not a single-use counter
