LnL Tactical WW2 Demo - German half-squads?

In the WW2 demo kit, there are 0-4-7 and 1-4-7 counters - are these both German half-squads? Or is one counter something different?

Hum...I don't see any 0-4-7 or 1-4-7 but I do see 0-5-4 and 1-5-4 German half-squads. These are required becuase the German squads can reduce in either one (see 13.3.3)
