Can the tank move to a spot and then have the unit disembark all in the same impulse???
Like... Tank moves then Units disembark from ontop of the tank all in the same impulse?

It takes one-half (rounded up) of both the vehicle and Squad’s Movement Factors to load into (i.e., mount) or dis-mount from a vehicle
The keyword here im looking at is load into(i.e. mount) or dis-mount..
Is this rule still applicable to untis who are ontop of the tank?
