Hi · ? , I think you are referring to the ESTAB editor , this holds all the stats for individual units including TO&E . You can create your own from scratch , but it is much easier to copy an existing one such as BFTBEstab , you should save under a different name and make changes and additions as you desire . Download the " Estab Editor Guide " which will talk you through it .

The editor guides are in the " documentation " folder as PDF .You could even consider producing a Mandarin translated version for your comrades .
