Regarding Rally Phase.

Rules state that player with inititive can rally any shaken units. So doe that mean if needed he can attempt to rally all shaken units? I believe rallies can only be done with GO units. Please clarify.

Yes an attempt can be made to rally units that are eligible to be rallied. So self-rallying units like leaders, weapon teams, vehicles, and non-self-rallying units like squads, crews etc that are in a hex with a GO leader.
If a shaken leader and a shaken unit are in a hex, the leader can try to rally first and if successful can then attempt to rally the shaken unit.
