Has the Steam Workshop Manager been released yet? I have subscribed to Bie's and Feathergrass' workshop files but can't find the Manager to install them in Steam.
For the moment it is still in closed beta. Ioncore (Feathergrass) will publish one more update and at that time the workshop manager will be opened up to the public. It should only be a couple of days off.
The Steam Workshop functionality has now been released to the public. I'll add some more of my scenarios as well.
