What updates when I run Command Ops 2\Play.exe?

Just curious if the core game plus the individual modules update automatically, as it seems like several child windows are spawned by this application, but they disappear so fast, not sure what they are...or if just the core pack?

If you run the 'Update Command Ops 2' shortcut, the update will check to see if there is a patch for the Core game as well as any modules that are installed.
