Remembers deleted terrain?

For lack of a better way to say it, I have a map 'remembering' deleted terrain. I deleted a road section and the medium bridge over a minor river. When I'm in scenario builder or the game, right clicking shows the road to still be there (it is clearly not there according visually). I even restarted my computer to make sure it wasn't being held in memory. Anyone seen this before?

I found the solution. I didn't calculate the terrain table after I made the changes. Sorry
