Into the breach : campaign game

If I remember correctly, when I preordered Into the breach, a campaign game for this module was mentionned.
Did anybody received the scenarios & rules for this campaign game ?

I got mine with the four Texas scenarios. There was a series of linked scenarios in the main rule book IIRC.

Yes I got mine with the 4 Texas scenarios in America Conquered too.
But I'm talking of the Into the breach campaign game.
Did anyone received it ?

I believe you got the campaign if you bought the game at a higher level during the pre-pub but it's been so long ago I don't recall for sure.
