Description
Game Description:
Lock 'n Load Tactical series is a dynamic award-winning squad-level tactical combat. LnLT series centered on infantry combat from the 1930's to the present. With unparalleled artwork and an impulse-based game mechanic that keeps the player constantly involved, each action-packed firefight plays out cinematically.

The game play is fast and furious and decisions need to be made quickly, tactical leadership is key. Unique Skills enhance effectiveness. And out of the intense fury of a firefight, a Hero may be spawned a Hero who can turn the tide of battle and save the day for your side.

Do you ever wish you could try a new game system and make sure it is for you? Well now you can, with our Lock ‘n Load Tactical Digital game. Lock 'n Load Tactical Digital gives you a chance to play two scenarios from our World War 2 Heroes of Normandy game and two scenarios from our Heroes of the Nam game. Our game manual comes in a variety of formats for free, these include PDF, EPUB, MP3 (YES Audio) and MP4 Audiobook formats. Our manuals have lots of examples to illustrate the game mechanics. Our motto is “Play the Game, Not the Rules”. We understand that the best way to learn a game system is to be shown. We achieve this with our extensive play-list of “boot camp” training videos, available on YouTube, that walk you through the entire system rule by rule.

Mod Contents:
LnLT Starter Kit Rules v5.1;
LnLT Player Aid Cards v5.1;
1 full sheet of American, Viet Cong/NVA, German, and Admin Counters;
New 5.1 Admin Counters (in a separate crate inside the Admin Counters Crate on the table);
2 high-resolution LnLT game maps;
Detailed reference charts and TECs;
4 scenarios (2 Vietnam & 2 WW II);
The complete solo kit including, manual, deck, and ref cards; and
Some WWII and Vietnam era tunes, miniatures, and battle sounds for some ambience.

Note:
This mod incorporates Mangofeet's (here on TTS) stack exploder mod which allows stacks to be examined with a right click and choosing the explode option. We plan to incorporate this functionality across all LnLP mods if no issues develop.

The older 5.0 rules and 5.0 PACs have been saved in the Admin Counter Crate for those that prefer them for whatever reason.

Most welcome Lt. Yes, shipping is just crazy expensive these days. Even here in Canada its very expensive, although not as bad as to Europe. Note that all my LNLT mods only have a few scenarios each. They are complete otherwise though (all counters and maps and PACs) and you can always just buy and download the PDF companion manuals from the LNL site to get all the scenarios. If you hit the link above in the mod description (last link) you can find all my LNLT mods therein. Enjoy.

Oh, so the 1-6 americans weren't even supposed to be in there? good to know. I was trying some mock battle between units and thought the 1-6 are more appropriate than the 2-5 since they're more in line with the german units.

I personally own the big russian LnLT game (something with Motherland) as a physical copy, but i've never had the chance to play with anyone. over 300€ to buy+ship it from the US to europe (including tons of add-on stuff like bigger maps etc) and it's never been used. Such a shame. With your Tabletop simulator mod i might be able to interest someone from my friends list to try it, so thanks for your work :)

@Lt. I checked with the developer and those 1 6 inf half squads are actually part of the Pacific game and not this starter kit Lt. I took them out. If you really want to use them there's nothing wrong with grabbing them from my Pacific mod and pasting them into the starter kit. Just save your game so you don't have to do that every time you load this mod.

I'll check and see Lt. Thanks.

Isn't one of the american WW2 units missing a half-squad? There's one for the paratroopers with 2 IFP and 5 range, but none for the infantry with just 1 IFP and 6 range.

Hi, i'm disable and can't play boardgames by myself because i'm not able to manipulate all the components with my own hand. I discovered tabletop simulator some time ago and it was life changing, i was finaly able to play as many game as i want without any help! Then, i discovered Lock n Load yesterday and, wow, what a game ! Reading the rules all day long and watching videos on youtube, i'm now ready to test my skills on all the sets you've post on the workshop! But i hope that the DLCs will be publish soon, be sure i'll be the first to take them. I don't want to take the digital version, calculating and using the stuff is for me part of the gaming experience. Please Lock n Load Publishing, add the DLCs !
