Nope, I was just out of town for a few weeks in October and now am in the middle of some changes to the multiplayer code that basically break it until I am done with it. I am in the home stretches but it's already taken two weeks more than I originally thought so no real prediction yet.
Yeah, it sounds like your system is just straight up blocking the function to open the browser (a Unity function called OpenURL; a brief google by me doesn't show much about this issue, unfortunately - there is one vague mention of a popup blocker interfering with it and I guess that might make...
You should only have one of those "Standard VP Comparison" victory conditions, not two. Right now it is sort of trying to figure out both (and they have competing requirements since the Side Attempting is different on each one).
Yep, the AI was a little confused. It had a Shaken tank, which it was trying to decide if it could use for an Overrun attack, and all its desperate attempts to find a legal movement path to a target - with the Shaken movement restrictions applied - were taking about six years.
Easy fix: I...
Yeah that save is super slow - yeesh! However, I've been working on some scenarios that have a ton of units as well and don't see the same kind of slowness, so there's something weird going on. Investigating now! :)
Ok I loaded it up in the editor and see what the deal is. :)
It appears that Sgt. van Hoose is a passenger of some unit that got deleted, and it "crashes" when the scenario starts and it tries to put him in the proper spot. I say "crashes" because Unity tries to gamely keep going after a...
No, you're doing it right, I missed a spot in the reinforcement interface. Not sure why my first test even worked. :)
Anyway, should be fixed in the next build, sorry for the confusion!
Today's build has the checkbox on the unit attributes list; "start towed".
Could a 251 halftrack be a prime mover? There's a few types of those scattered around.
Yeah it seems like it is not checking that any more, for some reason. I suspect it is due to the fixes I did a week or so ago for the support weapon mortars. I'll take a look at it.
It's not a general rule, but there is an SSR in a Normandy scenario (Bridge at Chef du Pont) that does it. I just checked and the relevant flag is not accessible in the editor right now but I will put it on the to-do list, it is easy enough to add the checkbox when I get a moment.
The only...
Actually I just got an email from the 'other' person with the problem and they figured out the positions being screwed up - the file I am saving with the window data is dumping out all the info in local decimal format.
Translation: I want it to save numbers like, say, 2.4 or 7.2938391 to this...
I feel like there must be some strange scaling thing going on. Another person reported similar problems and they are also in 2560x1440 so that seems a likely culprit. My system is 1920x1080 which is the same aspect ratio but the Unity UI stuff is super complicated with like three different...
