    PIAT etc. has two types of round, HE and AP. The reality is only one HEAT round fulfilled both AP and HE capabilities . Can the real life multi-purpose round (i.e. HE and AP capability) be modelled in Command Ops? Regards Tim

    Can’t access Senario and Map Makers

    Been in contact with David Heath and he basically says it’s not his problem. I had to to an install on a new machine. What happens is that when I reinstall I see Scenario and Map Maker. When I try and use them they don’t work and then disappear from my computer. Tim.

    Ammo usage

    Just a quick question, how is this calculated? What I mean is that an MG or an artillery piece has a theoretical rate of fire; max, medium, slow etc. How does this translate to the game? So for instance rapid fire for a 25pdr is, according to Wikipedia, 4 rounds a minute. Regards Tim

    IG guns and GR42 8cm mortar

    Hi again Gunnar, in a previous thread you mentioned that IG18 guns were sometimes concentrated into one unit (I may have this wrong). What about the kurtzer GR42 8cm mortar? would these have been concentrated into a single unit on occasions as well? Regards Tim

    A couple of suggestions: A 153 Sexton Bty should be renamed 129 (P) Bty 153 Fld Rgt; Guards units were numbered not lettered and in July '44 the number of British light AA trps were cut to reflect the much lessened occurrence of German aircraft over the battlefield. Regards Tim
