    Struggling with "New" UI

It does take some getting used to..not sure if I prefer it or not..

Something that has bugged me for a very long time

That's how vulnerable the smaller support units are. It seems being in a mortar unit was the most dangerous unit to fight in. I'm not sure how much is down to the fact the Tac Ai has trouble setting them up in good positions, away from immediate danger but capable of giving support or it's down...

Right choice but something I noticed.

So bought the Cauldron module and pleased I did, most scenarios I hadn't had since COTA. However still seeing HQ's lead the way regularly be it move or Attack orders. I think units in a fortified area in defence and they have a defend order with max losses etc shouldn't retreat out of the...

    CO2 Thoughts

I too would like to see more radio messages coming in from units esp the type mentioned above. Maybe you can set radio contact options when issuing an order so it ties in with the order, say "Contact me when force at 1/3 (Could go from 3/4 to 1/4) present combat power". Aswell as ones to say "...

    Aaahh darn it..

Just when I have some spare money to go get CO2 bundle I notice it no longer on offer:(. So I can only buy one module. So which ones has the most small scenarios? As I prefer the small ones to the massive ones.

Command Ops 2 Limited Time Offer Bundle Pack Coming Soon

I was going to buy the bundle when released, but now will wait until the version with unmounted ops and east front modules comes out. I'm still abit confused..you say the engine will always be free..does that mean every engine upgrade will be free and you only have to pay for the modules to be...

    Welcome to Command Ops

This will be the third time I would have bought the HTTR scenarios and the COTA scenarios once CO 2 comes out (With the 50% discount thats not bad considering the base engine is free). Not sure I will bother with the Bulge this time around. Though I'm really looking forward to CO2 would be...

Heroes of the Pacific Digital Edition

I reckon the spotting mechanic will work well with a Jungle Setting. For Stalingrad I'm afraid it just restricted a common street fighting tactic employed during Stalingrad which was bringing buildings under heavy fire before and during an assault to pin down any enemy inside and make the...

    Regimental level scenarios

I too really enjoy the low to medium unit count scenarios as I can really get immersed and take in the beauty of the engine, where as the large scenarios can end up looking like a mass chaos of counters.
