When I've wanted to draw on screenshots, I just use MS Paint.
For capturing screenshots, look into Faststone Capture. The 'capture region' button is fantastic—no need to crop, if you don't want the whole screen.
We're most of the way through the new series now. If you'd like to vote to shape the final entry, leave a comment here: Breaking Fortress Holland No. 15 (link)
Just a heads-up: I've started Part III (link) of this series, covering the final scenario in the pack. It's the most interesting of the bunch, I think, and I've been looking forward to playing it since I started this AAR last year.
Any news on Brabant Breakthrough? My 'next few weeks' estimate turned out to be wildly optimistic, but I'm going to be finishing my Breaking Fortress Holland AAR series in December for sure, and it would be cool to do it in CO2 if possible.
Is there any news on this? Sometime in the next few weeks, I'm going to be starting the last scenario in tukker's Brabant Breakthrough pack, and I'd love to write it up with CO2 if possible.

Sneaking in after the deadline a bit. :P
I've been very much enjoying this AAR style—not only does it force me to slow down and think about tactical options more clearly, it also frequently results in readers directing me to act in a way I wouldn't ordinarily, and enforces a tempo on major...
Issue #6 is up. I've been trying to make it an article here, but there are some formatting things that don't work as well in the article editor as they do at my website.
Issue #5. The first entry will be
It did indeed turn out to be something of a photo finish. The next one will be starting in a few weeks—I have some personal business to take care of in the interim.
Issue #4. It's going to be a photo finish, looks like.
Erik, I'm finding that it's very easy to get to the Peel-Raam line, and moderately easy to clear a way past it, but difficult to actually get to the exits on time.
For Christmas this year, I decided to go a little further afield. I very much enjoyed tukker's Brabant scenario pack a while ago, so I decided to play all three of the scenarios together this year. Here's where I'm posting them.
