Overlays only show when game is paused. If the game is set to any speed they disappear. Running 5.0.12. Is this intended?

Clicking through the overlay button I get no overlays, no enemy or friendly.

Two things: 1. At least the 1FD button is glitchy. Have something selected but it keeps wanting to default to another unit, and it isn't until you click around a little it will sync to what you want. 2. I got no overlays. None of them show an overlay.
