    engineering works

    Engineers , pionere , sappers , etc . At the moment in CO2 these guys just build and destroy bridges , oh and we use them as infantry . Some such units are equipped with flame throwers which gives them a boost in short range combat . This falls short of what these experts can actually do in RL ...

    calling in artillery fire

    Hallo kameraden , could someone enlighten me as to the common practice / procedure for calling in arty during WWII ? Yes I know someone picks up the radio or land-line handset and requests it , but whom do they speak to and how does it get passed on to the relevant artillery unit ?:watching:

    Dave , hate to sour the party but I have found some irregularities in the force list for US Line and US Abn units , I have included an initial list . These irregularities will also exist in BFTBEstab .

    photographs for commander bio's

    PLEASE can we have a photograph option for commander bio's , this would add immersion and historical detail to the game . It can not be that difficult as the estabs have photo's .

    bigger balls for assaulting units

    I have noticed that assaulting units retreat once they get fired on . I can accept this behaviour from units with low aggression settings e.t.c. but its just not realistic for aggressive , confident troops .

    unrealistic assault behaviour

    This battalion assault has been repulsed but instead of pressing the attack the assault companies simply advance on the objective in road column . This has been reported before .

    scenario editor problem

    Dave, just tried to create a new scenario using my map 'Rimling' and my estab 'kurtEstab' but even though I have selected these both , as I check the estab list it appears not to be my estab !

    strange unit dance

    At the very end of this mortar platoons move it will "bounce" / "dance" once or twice before it settles down, a bit like my cat. I have seen this a lot . :eek:
