I would also like an answer to this, because the phrasing of the rulebook says "if the unit has at least 1 MP" ; I understand this phrasing was done in case some future expansions introduced us to rules needing more MPs, but with that phrasing, I don't get why a Wolverine wouldn't be able to use...
