There are two files for replacement counters in the resources section, one is for two vehicles, and the other is for the Thumper skill. Has this been fixed in the reprint?

Has anybody tried to design any 4 player scenarios? I was thinking about doing this with HotN, with two players playing the VC and NVA, and another two playing either the ARVN and US Army, or Marines. If anybody has any experience trying a 4 player scenario, I'd love to hear about any rules...
