I have tried to open a ticket several times but it keeps telling me that there was an unexpected error. I had it marked as medium priority and I did check the knowledge base as it requested. That request disappeared when I returned, but still no go.

Roger that! Banks shows the card was charged, so I *think* it's okay.

New system used, order placed! It did seem to lock up on the payment page, but I eventually reloaded. Even though it still indicated that the order had not been placed and those items remained in my cart, I checked under "order history" and it was there. My only worry is that it still says...

Oh no, I loaded my cart with fun stuff last night and then suddenly the site went down before I could complete my purchase! Is it really just down for maintenance? I am desperate to spend my money! John
