Well, there's a note in the player's aid, in the section explaining the Shaken state, which says: "Vehicles do not Melee".

I started playing this scenario and I'm curious about the use of the M47 WT of the NATO side.
This is an ATGM wih an * for the shortest range which means that it cannot be fired under 6 hexes (as explained in What does the "*" mean for the OF target number for ATGMs?).
