5.0.9 Manual and Tutorial?

Hi All,
Looking forward to getting back into this series, just picked up the CO2 pack.

Two quick questions - the manual installed with the latest core is just 34 pages long - is that a work in progress (as the table of contents lists 200+). Second, any instructions for the tutorial mission (st. vith)?
