adjustable tab areas

What most games seem to do when they give you boxes/tabs to position around the screen is also make them draggable and adjustable in size. Even something as old as Harpoon, for example. But the individual UI elements seem rigidly fixed in size. Could we not drag them smaller or larger. I would love to be able to drag the OB box so I could see and work with ALL the OB, expanded, out.

If we can't have such a thing, then there's a lot of spare, useless grey areas in the present design of the boxes which is not conducive to fitting as much as possible in the smallest possible screen area. For example, the yellow circled areas below.
