ADOH counter question

What does the tiny "M" represent on the Delta unit counter next to the fire power number?
I've looked several times, but can't find it in the V3 version rule book or the ADOH module.

Also, does the tiny "A " mean on the Brit paras counters?

The "A" means they add +3 per stack to an adjacent attack instead of the normal +2 per stack.
The "M" means they add +1 per unit when in melee.
