"Customer Extended Wait"?

What does the support ticket status "Customer Extended Wait" mean? The status changed to this from "Customer Replied" sometime during the weekend.

The change occurred on Support Ticket #W7XGDYW for my Order No. 29111. I ordered the download-only copies of the Falling Stars core rule book and the "Falling Stars Into the Long Dark Night" adventure on 6 January and two links appeared in my account "Downloads" section almost immediately. Unfortunately both links were only to the PDF for the core rules and none to the adventure PDF although one link was listed for the adventure..

I submitted the Support Ticket on the 7th and Darren replied that he was looking into it on the same day, but have heard nothing since.
