Hi!

What do the different dice colors, for example during an assault mean?

Red?
Shaded?
Bright?

For the most parts it's:
Red: Hit (or failed roll in case of rally/command check)
Gray: Roll ignored due to augmentation or defensive measure (ie 2 dice rolled, the better result taken into account)
Green: Successful rally/command check or defensive roll
White: No hit (or "no misfortune" in case of HQ/leader damage or artillery/close air support accuracy rolls)
