Entering scenario first move

Digital would not allow two vehicles (tanks in this case) to enter scenario by stacking on half hex map edge when the rules clearly state up to two vehicles may stack in a hex.

Did you try to enter them separately or together?

It was my impulse and I selected both vehicles to enter together on the same half edge hex. It would not allow but it would allow for a 3 squad infantry to enter together on that same half hex.

From Section 15.1:

Vehicles MUST move individually (exception: Coordinated Movement ( 6.5)).

And the exception is for moving infantry toether with one vehicle

Thanks so then if I understand the rule. Vehicles move individually but can stack 2 vehicles in a hex. Squads (stacking limitations considered) can move together with vehicles.
