Expansion "Defender of the Rhine" in LnL store?

Hi,

The LnL store lists a couple of options when ordering the WaW 85 "Storming the Gap" core game - including an Expansion titled "Defender of the Rhine". Is that a mistake and would that be the "Expansion Pack" that is separately offered? The price for the Expansion Pack is $64.99 but the optional expansion has a price of $54.99, this looks like a discount when ordering everything together - would be great if someone could clarify/confirm this.

Quick question: Unfortunately, I missed the Kickstarter. I now ordered the base game, expansion, player mat, and the spiral bound manual - what else was in the Kickstarter edition that I'm NOT getting with my order?

I think the only thing missing is the SIR Coffee mug. You can also get the SIR book at the link below.
