Hi,

I don't know if you had this issue but I noticed that when you start the game, command lines, orientation lines and such, start being displayed but after a few clicks on the map in order to interact with the items they disappear all of a sudden and they're not displayed anymore.

What you have to do in order to have them back is to close the game and then load it again.
It does not help though, as it happens over and over again.

Tested on an Alienware M14xR2 laptop using both integrated Intel GPU and Optimus nVidia GT650m

Intermittent command lines and route of attack graphics..

Hi,

quick bug report.. or more likely am doing something wrong ;).

Have only played a few very quick in game hours in two modules. However in both have found that command lines and graphics showing the route march to an attack only intermittently show. They don’t show up consistently when the unit in question is selected. Just unexpectedly flash on. Then quickly disappear again.

Windows 7 64. System spec well over minimum.

Must rush..

Looking forward to more and more Command Ops.. :)

All the best,

Kip.

Dave, hi,

Quick outline of symptoms..

1) When I select a unit, say a battalion HQ, the unit and its subunits are highlighted. But even though command lines are on, they do not show.

2) If I then give the unit an Attack order the usual graphics showing the route of advance and the area to be occupied by unit over the objective do not show.

3) The unit does move and attack as normal. But no command lines or player aid graphics to illustrate the attack route and such.

They do show very briefly, two seconds, very rarely. But then gone again.

All the best,

Kip.

Dave, hi,

German unit was selected. Unit highlighted with subunits. Attack order on town a couple of km north, northwest. Command lines and attack route and the other usual visual info. did not show as you can see.

Moments before this screenshot was taken the command lines and attack info such as route of advance did flash on for about two seconds. But this only happens rarely.

All the best,

Kip.

Dave,

A very quick note to let you know that this problem seems to be fixed :).

Hugely looking forward to really getting into ComOps 2.0.

All the best,

Kip.
