FIXED BY USER - Graphic issues

Hi folks, congrats on a wonderful game series. I've been a fan for many, many years back when it was AA.

This may be a bit of an odd one relating to the Surface Pro 3 - an odd choice for a gaming platform.
First off, the game runs beautifully and there are only a few graphical issues that mire the experience a bit.

No chance to change screen resolution. Not a major issue and I see it's been raised elsewhere.


Slight issue on the mission select screen.

For some strange reason just these three dialogue boxes are off once in game. Bit of a pain as they relate to important info but not a showstopper.


I was just wondering if there is any work around or up coming fixes for these?
Or are they unique to my set-up and un-workable?

Nick,

You need to set your system DPI settings to 100%. They are currently set to 150%. That should solve most of your problems.

Ahhhhhhh yes. Doh is me.

I'll put this down to Windows having some major font issues on Hi Res displays. I thought disabling the display scaling on high DPI settings would sort this out but unfortunately not.

Huh, a bit of extra digging and I managed to find a solution that worked out all of my resolution issues:

Works wonders. Now I can see the desktop and play CO2. Today is a good day
