High Rate of Fire

In the Defense of Frankfurt expansion, I notice that units like AH-1s and Hind-Es are listed in the module rules as having High Rate of Fire (HE). But in the Storming the Gap base game, these units are NOT listed as having High Rate of Fire. Is this an omission in the base game? It feels like the gunships should have High Rate of Fire (HE).
