HQ casualties and effectiveness

    Pardon me if this has already been implemented. I think we can make the personnel casualties of HQ units have an impact on their effectiveness, efficiency, delays, judgement, etc. The fact is that complete destruction of enemy HQ units are not that easy in game.

    Also, severe losses or destruction of direct HQ should have a significant impact on subordinate units' morale.

    Destruction of an HQ can sever communication to subordinate units. This in turn can have a huge impact on morale and unit effectiveness.

    I would add that if you have a company commander whose experience isn’t very high, you could, without the communications and morale, take that company out.

    Not sure if the game is equipped for that, but it is or should be a consideration when attacking a company.
